Job Description

Program Manager, NPI Operations in Bangalore , India

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functionally among various teams including Product Management, IT SaaS engineering, Sales Ops, and Program Management to drive successful end-to-end product/component launches.
  • Ensure new product or component introductions meet defined processes and requirements to be implemented successfully.
  • Schedule, track, and facilitate user-acceptance-testing (UAT). Track daily test status during agreed upon test cycle in each sprint.
  • Define metrics and framework to track and present sprint metrics related to NPI and other SKU management initiatives.
  • Develop full understanding of Nutanix SKU setup process.
  • Develop enablement collateral for internal cross-functional stakeholder teams (Process docs, FAQs, slide decks).
  • Track daily status for multiple projects
  • Create an environment that fosters collaboration and accountability.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and drive through implementation and communications.
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Quote to Cash (including SKU management), or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to track manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and through documentation.
  • Effective interpersonal, visual, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional team. Experience working with teams from different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong drive and work ethic. Solid attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for efficiency
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise server, storage, or appliances is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets is a must. Working knowledge of salesforce/SFDC, Lucid Charts and Jira preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL or similar data analysis tools for creating reports and analyzing data is a plus.
