Job Description

  • Responsible to support Business Development and Sales Operations (BDSO) Application Creation and Maintenance
  • Support Sales Operations infrastructure and Business Process Optimization
  • Review and approve request to access BDSO applications including those processed via My Access
  • Review and modify training materials and eDMS documents
  • Sales Systems mailbox support (e.g. user support)
  • Backorder validation and follow-up on closure
Other Job Responsibilities
  • Validate shipment is complete and request field to submit RFCs for First of a Kind (FOAK) Tools
  • Validate Customer acknowledgement on earlier ship date than Manufacturing Committed Ship Date (MCSD) for dates crossing quarters
  • Incoterms validation for current quarter
  • Assist with pricing validation and validating that deals are properly reflected in CRM
  • Until we revamp the whole eval process, run eval query and upside them in CRM, and then add them to a tracking list
Mandatory & Desired Skills
  • Experience in creation and maintenance of Sales Operations infrastructure application using tools like Appian
  • Program management skills, ability to deliver as per schedule and quality
  • Developing business requirements for Process Optimization and working with Business System Analyst
  • Capable of working with Cross functional team
  • Ability to think independently and resolve problems with good troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skill
Desirable Skills & Requirement:
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Presentation and SharePoint.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Years of Experience: Min 4 - 6 years
  • Job Experience: Min 4 years of total exp in project management in Business Development, Sales Operations or Supply Chain Operations along with applications support/maintenance are preferred.
  • Educational: Bachelor s degree with MBA
