Job Description

  • Supports Learning portfolios (leadership and management development, sales, onboarding, etc.). globally
  • Analyzes business needs and designs end-to-end learner-centric, experiential learning experiences using multiple modalities that target different types of learner preferences.
  • Coordinates with subject matter experts within and outside the learning organization to design learning experiences.
  • Stays abreast of the latest trends in learning such as the changing generational needs of the workforce.
  • Partners with the Agile team members for design, development and delivery of learning content for global programs
  • Supports with Learning Consultants to ensure alignment of global programs with local business requirements
  • Partners with Learning Tech & Curation team to get technology support for global program rollouts
The Learning organization has embarked on transformational change that will both impact those responsible for learning activities, as well as employees across the organization. As such, roles and responsibilities will need to be fluid to meet the demand as the org model is being redesigned.,
