Job Description

Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the design, development, modifications, debugging, and evaluation of programs for use in internal systems within a specific function area.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems., Enterprise manager monioring team is responsible in ensuring monitoring Infrastructure, Metrics, and tools are functional 24x7x365 and every issues is reported through automated monitoring.

  • This team is responsible to improvise monitoring for detecting the root cause issues rather symptoms.
  • Develop automation for repeated tasks like patching, deploying fixes, identifying issue patterns and fixing them programmatically. Automate/Scripting routine jobs with Shell, Perl and SQL*Plus. Report generation using SQL & Oracle APEX
  • Provide 24x7x365 support to monitoring Infrastructure systems and components, metrics, and monitoring Provisioning processes
  • The incumbent should be a ferocious reader of product documentation, fast learner, with self-driving and self-teaching skills. Job requires very good knowledge on all layers of Cloud Networks Storage - Server form Application Services.
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment and independently as well as in large teams where success is purely based upon contribution of new ideas and solutions.
  • Knowledge of open source tools is an added advantage.
