Job Description

*Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems., *Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Technologies & Weblogic.Must have Strong hand-on on at least two of the below products:

  • Identity & Access Management (OIM, OAM & OAAM)
  • Oracle SOA Suite
  • Oracle Webcenter Interaction
Nice to have hands-on on following products:
  • Oracle Database
  • Oracle e-business Suite
Installation, Patching, Upgrade and Administration of Oracle SOA Suite/Identity & Access Management/Other Fusion Middleware productsGood to have working knowledge on all IDAM components like OAM, OIM, Federations, OID/OVD/OUD, OAAM etc and its integration with other FMW/ERP/CRM applications.Deployment/ Undeployment and administration knowledge on SOA and OSB through Enterprise Manager.Strong hands-on on Weblogic administration, monitoring, patching, performance tuning, failover and troubleshooting.Good knowledge of Performance tuning of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Identity and Access Management products.Knowledge on WLST scripting.Good working knowledge on Linux/Unix administration and decent understanding of Cloud Infrastructure is mustStrong experience in cloud environment is must. Exposure on Oracle Public Cloud will be added advantageShould be able to lead and drive large complex automation initiatives and project manage the same within time, cost and quality constraintsODI knowledge is a preferred skill set, but not mandatoryShould be aware about Incident and Change management process.Willing to learn and grasp new technologies is must.Willing to work in rotational shiftsShould have extensive experience of handling Customers globally and can develop good working relationship with CustomersShould have good communication skills and can manage global stakeholdersQualification: B.E./Btech/MCA preferred
