We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for a Graduate Consultant to work on our projects in Bangalore. To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:Job Tittle Project Consultant Data Management (ANA Environmental Projects), *Qualification & Experience; Masters degree in Environmental Sciences/ Geosciences or Engineering in a related discipline (or similar subject) desirable with required focus on Environmental Data. 0 to 2 years of experience working with Environmental Consultancy or any other company conducting Environmental Site Assessments and Contaminated Land Remediation preferred. Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities; Prepare, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports. Should be good at technical writing. Manipulating, transforming, and analysing large and disparate environmental datasets and use of BI and visualization tools to aid environmental management and decisioning. Demonstrates ability to plan, gather, analyse and document user and business information. Incorporates, integrates, and interfaces technical knowledge with business / systems requirements. Collect and organize data, data warehouse reports, spreadsheets and databases for analytical reporting. Experience with EQuIS, EIMS, ESdat highly desirable but not essential. Field data collection, data input, monitoring, maintaining and reporting. Interpretation & evaluation of data (Desk Study) & assessments of relevant project sites to include the assessment of the geology, hydrogeology, potential contaminant sources (with preliminary risk assessment), engineering geology appraisals, other relevant and related aspects (site-specific) and the provision of recommendation. Assist senior consultants on project and/or portfolio delivery with high quality and within deadlines. Processing data from intrusive site investigations (for example geological logs, chemical laboratory data and geotechnical laboratory data) for presentation and interpretation as required by the Project Manager; Data presentation in a range of software products including MS Office applications. Previous experience in use of GIS / AutoCAD software and/or EVS would be advantageous but not essential; Fulfilling duties within the Arcadis business management system including the completion of mandatory training, timesheets and other submissions as required.Required Competencies; Geosciences/Engineering/Environmental Sciences knowledge with field experiences in environmental assessments and remediation desired. Very strong focus on data skills: data engineering, management and/ or visualization. Can be in either academic or work experience. Ability to translate environmental problems through digital and data solutions. Commitment to data quality at all levels and scales. Strong organization Skills the ability to work independently and in a team and ensure communications are effective. Strong technical writing skills.
