Primary Purpose Provide Cross Functional leadership in delivering Project(s) baseline Scope / Schedule & Cost to achieve YOY Planned New Product releases in accordance with Business Unit goals Scope To be the bridge between Global Product Management & Development / Manufacturing Team(s). This position requires consistent contact and communication with all levels of relevant stakeholders. This person shall have accountability on project management phase review / exit decisions The person shall have responsibility to aid realization of program revenue by meeting project schedule & improve profit growth goals through managing scope/ cost expectations Duties & Responsibilities Lead New product realization in delivering on commitments to customers exercising Product Development Process (PDP) while policing governance / compliance to customers requirement Transforming / organizing fuzzy data into clear executable Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) coordinated across multiple Molex Global sites Work with Plant Project / Manufacturing Integration Engineer (MIE) at various manufacturing sites in developing and delivering tooling strategies to achieve the required project KPIs Responsible for facilitating critical project milestone reviews / decision (especially change management ) to mitigate project scope/ schedule/ cost risks meeting customer requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
