Experience leading a sales team (15-20 members). Must have experience selling in North Bangalore. Sales in residential flats / plots / villas. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Great Leadership skills. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferably plots & apartments). Work Location: Project Site (Should be willing to travel across Sites / Expo / Exhibitions etc.) Linguistic Capability: Fluency in English is a must. Hindi and other languages are a plus,
