Transform existing HR Process into industry best practices, by leveraging the niche SaaS applications such as Workday and/or ServiceNow. Experienced in Project governance methodology Build and align on global design with key stakeholders for all HR process to ensure smooth and accelerated pace of deployment Deeply involve in conceptualizing and designing the future HR platform and lead the implementation team Arrive at a detailed project plan and execute it by managing the schedule, effort, cost and quality Establish ongoing collaborative relationships both with internal customers and external solution providers and vendors.
