Key Responsibilities: Adherence to Junipers Project Management Methodology and identification of project deliverable Leads several low/medium effort and low/medium risk projects at a time Directs team members from multiple work groups as required for project deliverable Understands the internal and external environment and impacts on project deliverable Works on initiatives with active sponsorship by a Sr. Leader within the organization Can identify problems, chose, and execute a solution, and escalate if necessary Identifies active project risks, monitors for risk triggers, and executes contingency plans Tracking historical, current, and future resource assignments through regular review calls and analysis Generate opportunity and first available forecasting reports Coordinating with other groups and regions to assess and commit internal resources to fill project delivery requirements Driving up utilization of resources across regions and business units Maintaining relationships with Preferred Partners and other 3rd party resource subcontractorsRequired Experience/Background: BA/BS degree in a related area or equivalent project management experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a target date of when this would be obtained Formal training and/or Certificate in project management from university or accredited program, preferred Extensive experience in delivering network solutions and an understanding of integration into OSS/BSS/IT in Service Providers and/or Enterprise customers Proven history of success in a customer-facing Project Management role at all levels Excellent written and oral communication skills Organized, detail-oriented and extremely customer-focused Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Strong interpersonal and Problem-solving skills.Personal Skills/Attributes Sought: Experience of delivering in a high-pressure environment Proven capability to successfully manage and deliver Network Integration Projects Effective planning & communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills, able to work on multiple projects, ability to manage to all levels of an organization Self-directed and ability to make independent decisions as needed Positive and open to an ever-changing environment
