Handles projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity. Plans/manages projects directly related to policies or general business operations to meet specific objectives or general goals. Has decision making authority at the project level. Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or contributors. Identifies and refines project objectives. Works on or delegates, as appropriate, problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals. Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Interprets and applies controlling business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as judged appropriate. Identifies tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members. Creates/tracks/adjusts the project or program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards. Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions. Plans and schedules work ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project or program in timely manner. Influences or sets business unit or crossorganizational strategy. Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies the knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project completion.QualificationsThis role warrants the following skill set :1) Around 13+ years of silicon program management managing complex SoC programs2) Should have sound knowledge of Si design flows , Post Si Val flows , Finance management of programs , Should have worked with local logistics team to ensure smooth power ON3) Experiencing running PVST and other technical forums with technical leads and follow-up on plan vs execution4) Ability to work with technical leads to create a project plan and follow-up on the execution over MAP days and other forums representing PSV charter5)Should have people managing capability and mentor junior team members in PSV skill6) Work with Tech leads on complex task forces of multiple programs and help drive the Task force in a systematic manner .7)Drive Quality forums within PSV (pan-org) and deliver results in Performance and quality.8) Mentor Junior Program managers to take care of multiple programs within the Org9) Work on Finance , HAT , Procurement and logistics of Programs been done out of PSV world wide.10) Should have an MBA from prestigious university and proven track record of Si Validation program managementInside this Business GroupThe Internet of Things Group (IOTG) consists of ~4700 dedicated employees across 25 locations across the world.
