Job Description

    We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Real World Data (RWD) team. Do you have project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proactive, self-motivated, ready-to-learn attitude Join a team of experienced professionals to utilize your experience to manage smaller projects and work with senior associates and management to ensure we achieve project objectives. Your role can include project delivery, financial management, risk management, and estimating and planning.About You Experience, Education, Skills, And AccomplishmentsBachelors degree in a science, engineering, or business-related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project managementAt least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles of increasing responsibilityAt least 2 years of familiarity in healthcare, and specifically Life SciencesIt would be great if you also hadExperience working with Real World Data (Claims / EHR)Exposure to the U.S. Healthcare systemExperience working across multiple therapy areasWhat will you be doing in this role Independently acts as a project manager on small to medium-sized projects, serving as client point of contactWorks with team to define project parameters, creating client-ready deliverables with supportConsistently follows project governance structure and SOPs and meets project on-time, on-budget requirementsImplements project governance and client engagement processesMeets customer satisfaction targetsContributes to the training of project associatesConsistently identifying and raising appropriate queries/issues in client projectsBuilding recognition with peers as a key resource in particular work/project type/areas,
