Job Description

    Hi Candidate,We have urgent opening for Below roleRole: Project ManagerExperience: 6-15 YearsLocation: Pan IndiaJD:Responsibilities:Ensures delivery of assigned projects within defined scope, time and cost requirements without compromising on quality o Manage project plans and provide regular / ad-hoc reports on project progress to the management including project progress, financial performance and resource usage o Ensure compliance with standard Capgemini Unified Project Management (UPM) methodology o Support regional Project Managers / Engagement Managers in managing project risks, issues, problems and activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved o Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members within and outside Capgemini, as needed, to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope o Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team o Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plansMandatory Skills o Understanding of the Cloud Adoption Framework. o Knowledge of Azure / AWS / GCP migration tools and services o Foundational understanding of infrastructure, networking, and core AWS services o Ability to create and understand the business case that drives a cloud migration effort o Experience in conducting technical kick-off workshops o Proficiency in creating a migration plan o Effective English Communication Verbal & Non-verbal o Strong working knowledge of project-planning tools like MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power point o Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources o Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations o Developing and Tracking Budgets and FinancialsDesired Skills o Good understanding of current and emerging Cloud technologies & toolsProfession certificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
