Job Description

  • Proven experience at managing large and complex IT Infrastructure, end user computing, Messaging and Identity based projects
  • Extensive experience of using a structured project management approach e.g. PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
  • Excellent planning, analytical and decision-making skills to deliver a range of deliverables based on agreed business priorities
  • Customer focused with keen attention to detail
  • Experience of running project definition workshops, managing scoping issues and multiple senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing both local and remote based teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations
  • Ensure project objectives and requirements are adequately documented and that all project deliverables are fit for purpose
  • Work closely with customers Service Delivery to ensure successful transition until they achieve formal acceptance.
  • Ensure all project risks and issues are identified and properly communicated and managed
  • Ensure project teams operate according to defined project and delivery processes and governance
  • Manage communications plan across a complex stakeholder and share precise project status
  • Actively manage key senior stakeholders on all aspects of the project
  • Actively contribute to the continual improvement of project delivery processes and governance
  • Actively promote positive team behaviors with internal resources
  • Technical Skills -
  • o Experience of networks, Active Directory, Exchange , Windows Operating System, MS-Office
  • o Personal Attributes/ Behavioral Skills
  • o Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
o Ability to lead and mentor others in a constructive and collaborative manner Qualifications o Graduate o PMP / Prince 2 Certified o ITIL Certified ,
