We arelooking for top candidates who are passionate about adding value in an ever-changing environment bydelivering high quality projects on-time, within budget and with complete customer satisfaction.Reporting directly to the IT Services Delivery Manager the IT Project Manager will be responsible fordocumenting and communicating all project management deliverables. This role will be an important partof the IT Contact Center team and the upcoming Cisco Upgrade and Expansion project.WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools and the software development lifecyclesFacilitate conversations between technical teams, stakeholders, quality assurance / testing teams,finance, vendor management, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs)Ensures adequate requirements are gathered to establish the project charter and related projectdeliverables based on the project methodologyResponsible for developing project plans and related project deliverables based on the projectmethodologyWork closely with Technical teams, BA, Business Partner and Business Subject Matter Expert(s) inthe resource capacity planning, definition, testing, training, implementation, support of functionalrequirements, and project deliveryThe IT Project Manager knows how to balance the business and technical partnerships to establishand sustain project timelines, priorities, and scope.In general, the role will include the creation/ revision of project delivery artifacts and extensivereporting to project team, Business Partner, and leadership team.Ability to manage IT projects that are medium in complexity, size, and scopeAbility to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each projectAbility to act as the teams primary interface between IT and the business sectorsAbility to manage project issues and conflicts and deliver projects within budget and scopeAbility to deliver quality solutions to customers and develop process improvements where applicableKey Results Areas:Complete project documentationProfessional and informative project reportingHealthy team collaborationWHAT ABOUT YOU You haveThis position requires 5 years of experience working with business partners, diverse technicalSME s, and the supporting teams, (Finance, SOC, and Vender Management).BA/ BS Degree, in Computer Science, or technology related field from an accredited institutionCandidates with industry domain knowledge in financial service are preferred, but not necessaryStrong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively andconfidently with users, team members and managementMust be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasksStrong facilitation skills.
