Job Description

Key Responsibilities:OSG is looking for talented, sales- oriented individuals to identify and develop new sales opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to continue (or begin) a career in the challenging field of Inside Sales: Prospecting, navigating database tools and building new sales pipeline activity. The position provides for the use of and development of professional business to business selling skills and interaction with C- Level executives at Fortune 2000 companies and the opportunity to advance.Required to: Lead a team of Associates/ Analysts of the delivery team to ensure that market research projects are designed, analysed and delivered successfully Day- to- day activities involve interfacing with clients and ensuring client needs are well meet Successfully design, manage, and execute, qualitative and quantitative research projects specifically with experience in survey research methods designing sample plans, survey instruments, and analysing survey data Managing the team and guiding all aspects of delivery from projects from kick- off to delivery of final presentation to the client. Key areas to support include: Creation of all study materials Strict adherence to project timelines Effectively interface with internal teams (fielding, delivery); ability to work with delivery teams working remotely Ensure project objectives are met and findings are presented with a high degree of professionalism, in a timely manner making sure clients are delighted with the work we do and the manner in which we do it Creation of all study materials Strict adherence to project timelines Effectively interface with internal teams (fielding, delivery); ability to work with delivery teams working remotely Ensure project objectives are met and findings are presented with a high degree of professionalism, in a timely manner making sure clients are delighted with the work we do and the manner in which we do it Education / Experience / Skills Requirement:Academic qualifications MS/ MBA, Ph.D., Advance degree in Economics, Management Science or Mathematical Statistics or other social sciences A strong background in marketing research or academic social sciences research Familiarity with primary market research, with minimum 5- 8 years of experience with a full service market research provider preferred Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods Experience in Life Sciences is a plus Ability to manage and mentor junior level associates/ analysts Strong communication, organization, and execution skills Must be comfortable learning and doing new things, and taking on new challenges Academic qualifications MS/ MBA, Ph.D. Advanced degree in Business, Market Research, Management Science or Mathematical Statistics preferred Impeccable dedication and strong work ethics Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative, able to work in a start- up environment High level of personal energy and enthusiasm Excellent people skills, both upward and downward Excellent communications skills, team player Familiarity with primary market research, with minimum 5- 8 years of experience with a full service market research provider preferred Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods Experience in Life Sciences is a plus Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to understand quantitative issues Ability to be able to create insights and values from data,
