Job Description

Project Manager I/II

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ year experience in Project Manager/Program Manager role for Web Application Development (from requirement gathering to delivery & maintenance).
  • 6+ year overall work experience
  • Experience in writing detailed Project Plans, including Gannt Charts, Risk Register, Cost Breakdowns etc.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams.
  • Experience with Tracking tools such as JIRA, Trac, Redmine, Mantis.
  • Experience with Document tools such as Confluence, Wiki.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in design, development and operation of large - scale, high - traffic applications.
  • 2+ year experience working for the same company
  • E - commerce related business knowledge such as merchandise, order, payment and shipping management.
  • Experience in Burndown charts, WBS, Fishbone/Pareto/PERT etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of effort estimation, resource allocation and cost management.
  • Experience in working for/with Japanese company will be valued.
  • Japanese - language skills will have additional weightage.
