Job Description

Role specifics Ensure GHR Learning operational excellence. Maintain process quality controls, identify opportunities for process improvement. Supporting operational risk management activities. Identify project resource requirements and work with the Strategy & Planning lead to align resources to projects Budget Management & Reporting: Manage budget to plan and reporting. Contribute to the creation of vendor standards, leverage buying power, and achieve best cost/value Contribute to the creation of proactive, consultative learning measurement and analytics support that enables effective, informed decision-making by learning and business leaders Support GHR Learning s vendor management practice including selection, management, and spend management Oversee Learning s standardized RFP content records to ensure accuracy, quality and periodic updates. Monitor Learning s RFP responsiveness to ensure timeliness. Support Learning users of the internal RFP platform. Liaise with the corporate RFP team as needed. Partner with the GHR Business Controls function to develop and maintain necessary learning controls and policies to govern learning processes and mitigate risk. Support the Learning Governance structure by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and doing necessary follow-up activities. Participating in creating a learning operational risk inventory and period review process with the Learning management team in support of our first-line-of-defense initiatives. Organize and manage the administration, support systems for operational effectiveness The Learning organization has embarked on transformational change that will both impact those responsible for learning activities, as well as employees across the organization. As such, roles and responsibilities will need to be fluid to meet the demand as the org model is being redesigned.,
