Job Description

    The position is with the Communication BU and you would beresponsible for supporting our business operations and sales analysis.The role demands sales business intelligence, reporting and analyticsskill. Through sales reporting and analytics, the team providesvisibility into the BU s sales pipeline, integrating informationfrom sales, customer and financial sources for a complete and detailedoverview of the sales performance. Role description At least 10+ years of total experience out of which at least 5 years in Delivery Management responsibilities in any Oracle ERP. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a structured environment. Should have managed several projects of different nature such as new implementations, retiring existing applications, enhancements, setting up support operations and managed services. Highly experienced in setting up and managing off-shore / onsite model Good understanding of SDLC and Package Apps implementation Methodologies Should have managed portfolio of 20 million USD yearly. Aware of revenue recognition process, cost management. Has control on forecasting processes. Ability to effectively manage organizational change, mitigate risk, infuse new ideas, and deliver high-tech solutions. Accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base. Has proven track record of account mining, generating new business and renewal of existing contracts and RFP responses. Manages and leads through project management teams and/or senior level individual contributors. Have priori experience of managing 500+ employees/contractors. Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. Ability to manage new positions/projects and staff properly. Ability to connect at CXO level. Analyse risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating mitigation action tracking and reporting on progress to plan, cost and schedule reporting and change control Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred Good presentation and communication skills.
