Job Description

  • Managing projects from initiation to completion while working on project scope, deliverables, resources required and budget and timing
  • Understanding the clients, their industry, issues related to their products, categories, technologies and competition. More generally you will need to understand what their goals are and how we can help them achieve those
  • Establishing strong communication links with the clients and manage expectations, including setting up project reviews
  • Creating internal processes to support the project management and manage trafficking of work (internally)
  • Delivering high quality of functionality through a dedicated team of web designers and developers based in Bangalore office
  • Tracking project status, time recording, billing, profitability and accountability
  • Conduct ing regular client meetings either on phone or face to face and reporting project status to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintaini ng appropriate documentation for all aspects of the project including performance and client communication
  • Deliveri ng high levels of client satisfaction and grow the account
  • Helping Langoor improve processes on client interaction and project management
  • For you to be successful you will need
  • In depth knowledge of the online medium, especially website and web based systems development
  • In depth knowledge of various Project Management methodologies, especially Agile development
  • Should have handled mid to large size projects ideally for an Internet Agency
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
