  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Design, Develop and configure applications on both windows and Linux servers based on application requirements using BMC bladelogic server automation console and puppet enterprise b: Should be able to perform windows and Linux administrative c: Under the requirement from multiple application owner and gather requirement and build the module/package as per best practices d: Should be good in troubleshooting issues and Incidents e Should be good in coordinating with multiple stakeholdersa:
      • Technical Experience : a: Hands on Experience working on RHEL6, RHEL7 Windows 2012, 2016 Server Environment -Good to have more than 2 Years b: Scripting: shell, bash, batch, powershell, ruby -Good to have more than 2 Years c: Ticketing Tool: BMC Remedy - 6 months is fine, as we are not using complete BMC remedy tool
      • Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : Na
    • Additional Information : a:Location Bangalore, Preferably: BDC7 b:a: Shift timing 12-10pm IST
