OnePlus builds beautifully designed devices of the highest quality, because our users would NEVER SETTLE for anything less.OnePlus is seeking a young, enthusiastic and result- oriented Purchasing Engineer to join our India team to drive and support local campaigns and activities.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1) Sourcing Develop new vendors, bargain, vendor qualification review, make sure cost reasonable and competitive.Establish and update an approved vendor/ supplier databaseConfirmation with demanders and make sure the procurement are perfectly matched.2) Commercial management Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliabilityProcurements cost reductionDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.3) Delivery management Direct purchasing policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints.4) Internal requirement Develop, negotiate and administer purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers in compliance with organizational requirements and company policies.Complete temporary tasks assigned by department head.5) Additional Requirements Perform direct and indirect material procurement activities, quotation and contract; follow up material delivery; business negotiation and bargaining, control purchase cost; Manage document related to procurement, support payment.Responsible for the Indian domestic procurement regarding assets and engineering projects, packaging materials and routine miscellaneous processes.Develop new vendors, vendor qualification review, make sure costs are reasonable and competitive.Accountable communication with vendors, make sure goods or services are on time delivery, assist with problem solving.REQUIRED BACKGROUND Any bachelor s degree.2- 5 years of relevant purchase experience.Good business communication skills.Good at MS Office.Fluent in spoken and written English with good resistance to pressure.,
