Job Description

QA Lead Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the technology team to establish, implement, and manage formal QA processes, ensuring the use of industry-accepted best practices within the constraints of the technical solution.
  • Identify bugs and functional deficiencies in the product.
  • Field technical questions from other developers, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and other departments.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to launch new products, features, and services on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in building, developing, tracking and reporting of test strategies specifically related to digital and cloud based enterprise products.
  • 5 years of experience in a full project testing life cycle including end-to-end test case scenarios, test script development, integration testing, black box testing, performance testing and regression testing.
  • 3 years of experience with test automation tools and frameworks including Selenium, Postman.
  • 3 years of experience with defect management tools such as JIRA.
  • 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of Headless architecture and Microservices patterns concepts.
  • Experience with API s/RESTful web services design.
  • Experience with AWS Services.
