Job Description

  1. Verification of test certificates of raw materials with relevant standards and codes
  2. Inspection and examination of all products and components as specified in quality plan.
  3. Understand the Fabrication &Construction drawings, Isometric and Piping drawings, P&IDs, Technical Specifications, Method Statements etc.
  4. Inspection knowledge of machining components and well versed with drawing interpretation
  5. Knowledge of GD & T, CTQ, PDI, Rejection review,
  6. Identifying welding defects, aesthetics.
  7. Knowledge of WPS and WPQ
  8. Knowledge of measuring instruments , their usage during inspection and their calibration records
  9. NDT Level 2 certification is and added advantage
  10. Supplier visit & supplier quality verification
  11. Maintaining records as per quality plan
  12. Proficiency in MS Office package
  13. Should own a two wheeler and ready to work in and around Bangalore.
  14. Understanding the priority of quality of the projects
  15. Should be dynamic , competent and self-motivated
