Ability to perform end to end performance testing/engineering starting from Requirements analysis, Workload model, Test plan preparation, Scripting, Execution, Monitoring, Bottleneck identification and Report generation. Strong experience on Load testing tools like Jmeter and LoadRunner. Exposure to any of the APM tools like dynaTrace, Wily Introscope, HP Diagnostics etc Exposure to JVM monitoring tools JFC/JFR, VisualVM etc Ability to understand and identify issues on various tiers Web, App and Database. Good understanding on JBoss and WebLogic Application servers will be a plus Good understanding on various GC algorithms and experience on GC tuning. Ability to analyze thread dumps and heap dumps. Good understanding on Java. Ability to understand the code and develop if needed. Exposure to scripting tools like Perl, Python, Javascript etc Good understanding on Database concepts. Ability to generate and analyze AWR reports. Ability to gather OS level metrics and identify bottlenecks. Work as an IC or if required lead a small team. Experience in working in Agile method of development and testing will be a plus. Experience on Continuous Integration using Jenkins.,
