  • To carry out analysis of Bulk and Finished products such as Assay, Dissolution and Content Uniformity for tablets, liquids, suspensions, & capsules,
  • To ensure implement of cGLP and safe practices.
  • Adequate documentation of analysis performed in the respective reports and registers.
  • Reporting of deviations/incidents and OOS during the course of analysis.
  • To report any discrepancies observed in the laboratory which is non-complaint to current cGMP.
  • Responsibility also includes allotment of work to Junior Employees and Trainees and review of report documents prepared by them.
  • Performs routine and non-routine qualitycontrol testing of raw materials, finished product,21CFR and cGMP regulations.
  • Testing the quality of in process samples and packing samples, Raw material, Stability samples
  • Testing in process validation samples.
  • Instrumental analysis using HPLC (Software EMPOWER and OPEN LAB EZ CHROME) and GC.
  • Calibration of analytical instrument like HPLC and GC and documenting the same.
  • Standardization and Validating the testing method.
  • Preparing and maintaining of Lab records.
  • Calibration of instruments and maintaining Calibration records.
