Job Description

    • Ensure that monitoring/audit planning is done on a monthly basis
    • Evaluate data on key metrics and be able to share analysis and action plan
    • Improve the Qas effectiveness by conducting regular Rtrs
    • Articulate data and analysis to stakeholders and client
    • Ensure team health and schedule adherence at all times
    • Ensure data management for all deliverables and be accessible without any delay
    • Interact and streamline channels of communication with other Functions and Clients
    • Provide Quality floor support
    • Groom and develop Quality talent in-house

    • Flexible to work in Shift
    • Experience in coaching individuals via observation, feedback, mentoring and task demonstration
