Job Description

Hi,Greetings from Gett jobsOpenings for Quality Analyst for Bangalore and Chennai location.Responsibilities

  1. To Monitor Quality performance of employees during the calls & provide feedback
  2. To enhance the quality, productivity & presentation of calls
  3. To assist in Sales targets for the month by hand holding and motivating Process Associates
  4. To prepare report after evaluating all employees
  5. Doing Tape-review sessions as per the frequency set
  6. Assisting in process improvement initiatives
  7. Need to take projects
  8. Execute and follow-up on the Coaching & Action Plans
  9. To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
  10. Participate in huddle sessions, share inputs with Team members related to error trends, process updates and tech issues. Working in close tandem with Asst. Mgrs and other owners on the process for an excellent team and process performance
  11. Coordinate calibration sessions and adherence towards enhancing calibrated process performance
  12. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  13. Need to identify the projects & review project improvement teams and results
Requirements
  1. Bachelors Degree.
  2. 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include tele-marketing job.
  3. 1 year experience as QA in a domestic/International call center
  4. Fluency with general desktop productivity software.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong people, interaction skills
  6. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
  7. Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.
  8. Problem-solving ability & creative - out of the box thinker.
