Job Description
  • Participates in call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  • Audits calls, email communication, evaluate the calls and shares real-time feedback.
  • Preempts chaos and manages them early if detected during call audits.
  • Trains the sales team on skills such as call etiquettes, Sales pitch, the technique of selling and other communication skills.
  • Carries out RCA on bottom performers and provides actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Monitoring and; coaching the OJT (On Job Training) agents.
  • Coordinate and facilitates Internal call Calibration.
  • Prepares and analyses reports for management staff reviews
