Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and test products and services to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards
    • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
    • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures
    • Ensure that processes are in compliance with applicable regulations and laws

    • Participate in project planning and implementation
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Stay up to date on industry best practices and standards
    • Create and present reports on quality metrics
    • Lead process improvement initiatives
