Job Description

  • Should have 6+ years of experience in Performance testing and engineering with LoadRunner/Apache JMeter/Gatling etc.
  • Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in LoadRunner (mandatory).
  • Should own overall responsibility of Performance Engineering and Performance Testing Tasks for engaged projects -including strategy, estimation, planning, execution oversight, metrics reporting and risk management.
  • Understanding the non-functional requirements from business, analyzing the critical business scenarios, analyzing the service level agreement objectives, developing the test scripts, improving the scripts by crafting/implementing -Parameterization, Checkpoints, Transactions, Reusable functions, Correlations, Actions/Blocks, Iterations, Pacing, Think Time, Designing workload model, Test Execution, Test monitoring, analyzing the test results & preparing the test report.
  • Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience on application performance management (APM), server logs and infrastructure monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, App Dynamics, and Dynatrace etc.
  • Should have experience in JVM heap and GC tuning, heap dump and thread dump analysis, Process CPU usage, Memory leak detection,
  • Should be proficient and experienced in scripting on various complex protocols like Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, Web (Click and Script), AJAX (Click and Script), RTE, Java Over HTTP, SAP GUI, Citrix etc.
  • Ability to drill down into profiling and monitoring tools and point out performance bottlenecks and issues.
  • Should have used Fiddler/Wireshark tool to capture and analyze traffic.
  • Should be committed, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies, take up exciting tasks in the project and explore new initiatives.
