Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Lead and Manage Product Testing, Setup, and Build Teams.
  • Actively participate in Designing, Implementing, and Continuously Improving overall QA/Build Processes on Agile Methodology platform.
  • Review Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Environments and Test Data.

  • . NET, ASP. NET (required)
  • InstallShield (preferred)
  • Automated Build: nant (Highly desired)
  • Automated Testing: fit/fitNesse (Highly desired).
  • 5 years experience in Testing of business software applications.
  • At least 2 years experience in leading a team of Test Engineers.
  • Exposure to product engineering highly preferred.
  • Experience in Automating Testing, Environment Building, and Daily Build Generation.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology application in QA environments.
  • Experience reviewing business requirements and creating prioritized test plans based on business needs
  • Participated in full life-cycle business system development with teams of developers, analysts, and testers.
  • Thorough understanding of configuration management, build and release process.
  • High level understanding of software architectures.
  • Ability to understand difference between web, enterprise, desktop and service architectures.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage test teams
