Job Description

    Job Tittle: Quality EngineerJob location:BangaloreAttibeleEntity:Schneider Electric President Systems LtdJob description details.
    • Ensure all parts final inspection
    • Ensure the Process monitoring stage wise
    • Share the inspection result to Process Quality Everyday
    • Report all the NC to Process quality every day
    • Validate process standards
    • Review & monitor NC reports
    • Ensure FPY and RTY Daily basis.
    • Inspection details Data entry
    • CNC, Bending and Fabrication parts -Visual &Dimensional do the 100% inspection as per drawing.
    Qualification: Diploma mechanical / Electrical or BE mechanical / Electrical1 year experience candidate required.Must HaveThe candidate shall be Diploma holder in Mechanical with 3 to 4 years of Experience in inspection activities.Candidate should be experienced in inspection of sheet metal components and well versed with all measuring instruments like vernier calliper, height gauge, micrometre, measuring scale, profile projector.Candidate should have strong GD&T knowledge and able to read the Engineering mechanical drawings.Candidate should be experienced in preparation of FAIs and PPAP documentation.Candidate should be able to raise non conformance report and drive 8Ds.Candidate should be able to work on excels and PPTs.Candidate should have good written and verbalcommunication.
