The job is to redefine how users interact with brands in each step of the customer lifecycle journey. Responsibilities Participate in technical planning and design reviews for feature development Design and develop robust test cases for new features focusing on functional, performance and usability aspects Triage customer issues effectively and ensure it reaches the team with the right amount of information Act as a quality gatekeeper Ensure minimal bug leaks to production Work with technical writers to document and improve product features Address customer and sales/support queries on the product Automate workflows that can help to proactively monitor data and alert on anomalies. An engineer with BE/BTech in Computer Science or equivalent degree A person with 5-7 years of experience in testing high-volume enterprise grade single page applications Well versed with one or more of these technologies: Selenium, Appium or related automation testing tools Experience in working with Kubernetes and Docker Experience in working with build tools like Jenkins, Circle CI An engineer who writes modular tests scripts Someone who understands git, pull requests and good software development practices A believer in being Agile and not just doing Agile Good to have scripting experience - python or something similar You believe
