Because it s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people s lives.Summary:This is an opportunity for the Quality Management Lead role, who shall be responsible for implementing, maintaining and executing the SDC Quality Management System (QMS) framework and ensuring the compliance to it. The candidate shall have an opportunity to take the center stage and orchestrate the Quality & Risk Management activities to achieve the project goals and to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of SDC delivery processes at an organizational levelExpectations & Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Knowledge Management

  • Knowledge of Development and Maintenance of Life Cycle Models in QMS
  • Able to coach and mentor the Project Delivery Teams and guide for process implementation
  • Conduct process compliance audits and disseminate audit report to the senior management
  • Good experience in quality related risk identification & management
  • Good analytical skills for collecting and studying the Process Metrics
  • Experience in Causal Analysis (Should be able to help project team to perform Causal Analysis)
  • Build and implement Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and solutions
  • Monitor KM activities on a regular basis to provide reports and their analysis to the relevant stakeholders
Risk Management
  • Good understanding of Risk Management Body of Knowledge and Frameworks such as PMP & ISO 31000
  • Proficient in qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the risk profile of a proposal
  • Experience in independently and objectively managing Risk Reviews involving diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership
  • Ensure ongoing compliance to the risk management standards, policies and DOA
  • Manage records for the bid risk reviews
  • Provide trainings for enabling implementation of risk management framework
Qualifications & Experience:
  • University Degree. B.Tech. / M.C.A. MBA shall be an additional advantage
  • At least 8+ years of working experience in Quality & Risk Management is required
