Job Description

QualiTest is looking for QMO - QA Lead in our Test Center in Bangalore, India.

2 years experience Operational Risk is essential.2 years experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Control function in Telecom services is essential 3 year of Project management and Stakeholder management 1-year experience in Testing (Manual/Automation)

Requirements

Description -
  • As the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will work closely with testers, project management, QA, operations and customer facing teams spread across locations and time zones to refine and implement new and existing end to end quality solutions and practices.
  • The role is essential in providing quality assurance to Quality management Office (QMO) Framework is embedded and working effectively by supporting Operational Functions in creating effective and robust correct action plans and tracking these to timely closure.
  • Act as an advocate for Test and Quality Assurance, engaging other functions within TSO and across functions, to communicate test principles, aims and process.
  • Share success and ensure the value added is understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement best practices and standards, QA frameworks and process controls Accountable for defining and agreeing the communication strategy, project/programme test strategy and risk mitigation strategy
  • Drive the Issue Management Process across Operations, ensuring all issues/findings (including self-identified, compliance, internal or external reviews) have corrective actions plans assigned which mitigate the issue and the department owners are able to close these in a timely manner
  • Conduct a variety of testing to validate corrective action evidence for approval prior to submission to ensure completed activity has addressed identified issues
  • Recording lessons learnt testing on previously closed issues to ensure new controls/processes are fully embedded within the operational functions
  • Conduct trend analysis by sourcing operational data (quality results, incidents raised, complaints, training requests and audit outputs) to identify areas of concern and emerging risks or areas of concern
  • Conduct regular back testing across Operations following Compliance, Internal and External reviews to identify why Line of Defence controls did not perform as expected/required
  • Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to track multiple test executions simultaneously and can synthesize the results.
  • Shows creativity and initiative to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
  • Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
