Responsible for organizing and managing internal & external audits (ISO , IATF 16949) in accordance with the annual audit plan, often managing a team of auditors.Strong project management improvement projects through all the stages of the Lean Six Sigma process (DMAIC) across the organization to completion and realize business benefits. Collaborate with peers and internal customers to improve quality, processes, and required documentation. Develop processes and plans to identify trends and focus on continuous improvement. Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of continuous improvement (CI) projects Successfully engaging across the organization, work with process owners in the following manner: perform data analysis, find root causes for identified problems, document via flow charting existing processes, and other continuous improvement techniques as needed.Training colleagues across organization on the concepts of Lean and Six sigmaEducation: Bachelors degree in Engineering or business-related field preferred. Green Belt certification is required.Technical and interpersonal skills: Intermediate level skill in Microsoft office, Visio and Minitab Lean manufacturing concepts.
