Job Description

By nurturing relationships, taking ownership of problem resolution, managing transaction requirements, and applying effective research, you will guarantee our client satisfaction and sales productivity.Our clients are our future, and your successful support is what brings IBM to the next level.Who you are: As a COSY Analyst you will play a critical role by providing supporting for billing invoice attachment which includes owning responsibility for setting up Billing Assembly and performing monthly billing in COSY tool (SAP platform).What youll do:

  • You will have to foster awareness for the quality of the output created by them. Take leadership and pro-actively show COSY benefits to the IBM Account team. Act as a consultant for the IBM Account and the customer.
  • Apply contract changes, solutioning for billing process flow in case of contract changes in the tool and Good in excel for consumption collection. The resources need to have versatile finance & operational skills to understand numbers, contract terms, IBM tools knowledge & information flow,
  • They need to use project management methodology in their day to day activities. They need to Review contract in terms of invoicing and interact with business team for putting up correct invoicing forecast in system.
  • They should Interact with IBM customer fulfilment team for any information/ correction/ advice in base contract registration. Keeping a track of backlog and reporting on monthly basis. Handling T&M contract invoicing based on claims by the resources.
