Develop and execute on communication strategy for R&D India (incl. required processes and tools) in close collaboration with Local and Global stakeholdersR&D Key Room Manager for EVA Sharepoint Support R&D relevant communication activities e.g. presentations, speeches, town hall meetings etc. Coordinate and support various functional & cross functional projects and activities related to Strategic Initiatives driven by Strategic Operations or Strategy & Business Operations Develop strategy to includes media outreach and social media content creation. Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments. Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and plan events. Adhere to the company s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy. Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives. Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team. Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players.Who you are:University degree Communication, Journalism, Public relations, or a related field (essential)Total of 10+ years of Experience of which a minimum of 2 years in communications strategy development (essential).General knowledge of Drug Development methodologies in pharmaceutical industry.
