Job Description

Competencies:

  • Define scope and objective of the research and development efforts including the research agenda, planning and implementation of research projects System study of the products, technology and offerings of the organization vis--vis industry benchmarks
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and identify areas of interest for the NLP, AI or Machine Learning intervention
  • Role is expected to take initiatives and solve complex business and technical problems, prioritize work and make decisions under challenging environments.
  • Develop complex research projects. This includes determining appropriate methodologies and approach, coordinating the work of others, complex research analysis results, presenting results to internal audiences, preparing presentations and properly documenting the project work
  • Responsible to facilitate intellectual property generated and file patents
  • Responsible to promote an ongoing learning culture in the product development groups spanning across the research and development areas.
  • Perform periodic review and assessment of research findings and innovation threads.
Technical Skills:
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive work experience in the research and development area.
  • Hands on experience in NLP, AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
  • Deep understanding of state-of-the-art machine learning, NLP and deep learning algorithms, techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in one or more Deep Learning frameworks
  • Excellent understanding of the various R & D methodologies prevalent in the product development space.
  • Excellent skills in Python programming.
  • Good hands on experience in Libraries like Scikit-learn, Numpy and Pandas.
  • Should have good understanding of Django & Flask Frameworks.
  • Should have hands on experience working on libraries Keras, Tensorflow and Pytorch.
  • Expert research and analytical skills.
  • Strong experience in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Proven track record of publishing technical journals, articles, white papers and or filing patents.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-tier applications, breaking down complex business problems in to actionable solutions.
  • Hands on implementation of POC of the designed research projects using languages like Python.
Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.Professional work experience of 5 to 7 years ,
