With a presence in 61 countries, this global provider has operations around the globe and provides more office products and services to more customers in more countries than any other company.In this key role you will be responsible for the delivery of specific R2R processes within prescribed guidance levels. You will be responsible for transaction processing and meeting the daily required productivity target. You would be required to interface directly with the customer and manage reporting activities consistently.Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for leading a team of Trainee Associate, Process Associates, Senior Process Associates
  • Responsible for production Planning & meeting of KPI / SLA
  • Responsible to update DTP & SOP in regular intervals
  • Responsible to maintain good rapport with the client
  • Responsible to provide daily performance updation to both senior management & client
  • Responsible to initiate continuous process improvements within process through different tools, such as six sigma
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and failure points
  • Will be first point of contact escalation for the team & Client
  • Participate in Special projects to drive efficiency
  • The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good domain knowledge- R2R
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, presentation and documentation skill
  • Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting
