    Job description
    • Manage the daily activities of the warehouse receiving team, ensuring that all activities are performed accurately and efficiently
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to schedule timely delivery of goods to the warehouse and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
    • Verify the accuracy of all incoming shipments, ensuring that they match the purchase order and quality specifications
    • Create and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receipts, and dispatches
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
    • Ensure that all goods are properly stored, handled, and labeled to prevent damage or loss
    • Manage the allocation of warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and improve operational efficiency
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
    • Supervise and train the warehouse receiving team to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently
    • Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
