Job Description

    What Youll Do
    • You will drive the release process for an email security product, seeking continuous improvement to all aspects of delivering value (working software) to customers.
    • Exceedingly passionate about delivering that value, you will partner with the execution teams to ensure a steady flow to our customers.
    • You will be an active learner and work with the teams to deliver innovative security software solutions for our customers.
    • You will get to play to your strengths and have the opportunity to master existing skills and learn new ones.
    • You will look to apply lean startup principles to validate the growth and value potential in all that we do.

    Who You Are
    • A principled practitioner of sound software engineering practices.
    • You possess excellent verbal communication skills and are willing to dive in details to help the teams succeed.
    • You are comfortable sweating the details while maintaining sight of the big picture. You have proven technical and analytical skills. Passionate about using data to assess both release and team health.
    • You possess an inner level of confidence that allows you to lead some days and follow others based on what is needed for the desired outcomes.
    • You are an active learner on a journey to tackle problems for our customers. You collaborate with other specialists and people in the organization to improve our solution delivery.
    • You believe in Lean/Agile principles and actively work to incorporate them in the organization.
    • At least 5 years professional experience.
    • Significant experience with the software development process.
    • A deep understanding of agile and lean principles.
    • Solid technical foundation a must. Background in development a plus.
    • Knowledge of email processing and security a plus.
