We are looking for a TA / Recruiter for R&D requirements in Bangalore. Sourcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills especially handling R&D requirements. Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database and web postings. Should be able to build strong referral networks. Profile Database Management. Following up with candidates till they are on- board. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience, 2+ years of recruiting experience in a Technology company Experience working with executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Track record of personal accountability, excellent work ethic and integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail. In this role, youll work to help re- evaluate and scale our processes as a strategic thought partner. Excellent communication, organizational, time- management and multitasking skills Demonstrated history of solving complex problems and delivering impact as an individual contributor. Desired Skills and Experience IT Recruitment experience handling R&D requirements preferably Networking skills.,
