Job Description

    • Handling end to end recruitment for Retail Banking Domain.
    • Responsible for end to end recruitment for all the levels - Junior, Mid and senior level requirements & bulk hiring.
    • Responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, short listing the resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries & joining formalities.
    • Attending meetings with team lead in order to meet deadlines, maintaining output and cost effective hiring.
    • Generating a database of candidates through various sources such as Jobsites, Employee referrals, Networking websites (Professional & Social) etc.
    • Negotiating and releasing offers for selected candidates.
    • Handholding offered candidates till joining.
    • Follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.
    • Managing the weekend recruitment drives which comprise of identifying and coordinating with the technical panelists.
    Skills Required:
    • Bachelors degree with min. 6+ months of experience in end to end recruitment .
    • Proficient with computers and various programs, especially Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with sourcing for retail banking domain from various sources.
