Job Description

Our Recruiting Team operates on the frontlines of building Instabase. As Keith Rabois so aptly says, first principle: the team you build is the company you build. We are the protectors of the Kingdom and are in charge of assembling a team that will collectively push the boundaries of what others see as impossible.As a Recruiting Coordinator youll delight our candidates with an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Caring on the little things matters to us. In this role you will be an ambassador of the Instabaser experience and ensure that every candidate s experience aligns with our values and culture. We are looking for someone who is service oriented, loves to support programs and process, and has a keen attention to detail with exceptional tact and follow-up.   • Our Culture: By being one of the first faces and names that candidates see, you will make them feel welcome, delighted, informed and taken care of during our candidate experience program.
  • Our Candidate Experience: Coordination of all interviews virtually and onsite. It ll often be across time zones, candidate travel considerations, and the whole picture view of the experience touchpoints.
  • Our Team: By being a team player, working closely with your People teammates to help each other out.
  • New Programs: Innovating on our practice as talent professionals is really important to us and you will have the change to shape, change, and iterate on our foundational talent programs to streamline, improve, and enhance our candidate experience.
This position is located in Bangalore, India.About You:
  • 6+ months experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across timezones.
  • Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
  • High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset.
  • Experience learning quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook or Mac/PC based calendar/meeting applications.
  • Experience creating and sustaining productive relationships with external and internal partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The ability to embrace change and ambiguity with a great attitude and comfortability. You are a team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
