Job description:Overview Identify the need for, design and execute strategic programs across business recruiting and shared service teams that meet the objectives of differentiated candidate experience, quicker time to revenue, superior quality of hire or improved process/cost efficiencies. What would you do Your key responsibilities would be to: Identify & create interventions that address current challenges or are opportunity areas for the recruiting teams. Some examples of these interventions could include White Glove experience for leadership hiring; Innovative ways of networking & sourcing women leadership talent; Evaluating and implementing assessment solutions; Improving interviewer capability; Evaluating new technology solutions etc. Work closely with business recruiting teams; business sponsors; recruiting CoE; CIO teams to create a holistic solution design and get sponsorship for execution. Work with relevant recruiting teams to plan and execute such initiatives Design frameworks to evaluate the success of such initiatives/programs and re-engineer solutions where needed. Scan the external market, vendor ecosystem & adjacent industry examples to seek inspiration for ideas that would create impact in our context Evaluate requests for new initiatives/ programs in a holistic way to ensure investments are made on high impact programs vs shiny new things Work as an individual contributor, collaborating across the recruiting, CIO and business ecosystems to achieve the above objectives,
