Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Corporate Travel Analyst Support the delivery of corporate travel operational services across multiple travel suppliers. Includes customer service, policy implementation, compliance management, operational supplier relationships, safety and security program. Operate in an agile, innovative and truly human way, reflecting a customer-centric and operationally effective approach. This includes consistently delivering exceptional customer service by fostering an environment of hospitality for clients, customers and colleagues. Accountabilities Customer Service Ensure High quality & Timely Responses and advice to customer queries. Promptly flag factors disrupting travel. Identify when matters need to be addressed, propose steps towards solution and communicate to relevant parties as directed. Adapts communication style and response time considering the customer situation and customer seniority. Quality Assurance Adhere to pre-defined processes. Ensure the delivery of service levels are achieved accurately and consistently at all times as per scope. May monitor quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators and staff productivity, Compliance and Control Comply with processes, apply pre-defined methodologies and guidelines. Assist in the execution of the implementation of requested changes. As directed, communicate regularly with customers on policies relevant to their travel. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of processes and related systems Internal Corporate Travel Subject Matter Work efficiently with other countries and regions. Build knowledge of market trend and corporate travel, may propose new approaches when relevant. Observe and identify relevant travel topics to be communicated to travelers and Leadership. Provide tactical inputs to Lead on functional settings/specifications, technology. May support the work in user acceptance, revision and changes to travel policy, controls and processes. Use opportunities to contribute to deliver meaningful metrics/reporting to assess effectiveness of Travel Operations, initiatives, KPIs and goals. Take the steps as directed, to participate in the implementation of programs, services, changes. May use opportunities to participate in local, regional, global projects ensuring allocated deliverables delivered the planned value.
