Job Description

    Regional Business HeadStrategy &PlanningUndertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the zone Develop sales targets for the Group units within the region Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each Group / cluster againstidentified targets Implement incentive schemes for the region Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement insales processes Ensure allocation of budgets to various clusters and adherence to them Identifying the new Distributors && Tie up with them Help design the R && R for Bancassurance - UBI channel for the RegionStrengthen relationship with partners / Distributor Build, Manage && enhance relationship with the partner/ Distributors Maintain clear communication with the partner/ DistributorsSales growth and cost management Ensure achievement of sales targets for the zone. Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaignswithin the Zone Review monthly sales targets and discuss with cluster heads on backlog, customerfeedback, and other insights from field force Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for thezone/ChannelCustomer satisfaction and retention Monitor satisfaction of the zones customers through a customer satisfaction indexbased on parameters such as customer complaints, persistency, etc. Ensure Company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the zonePeople Management Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Zones distribution team in line withthe overall recruitment && training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the teamas per the planTroubleshoot and resolve critical people related issues in the zone Take responsibility for development of team members and planning for succession;acting as mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employeesatisfaction and motivationKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSQUALITATIVE Relationship with partner / DistributorsEmployee satisfaction Customer satisfactionQUANTITATIVE Regions Sales Target achievement Regions Profitability achievement Regions Sales force productivity Regions Distributor productivity Regions team Attrition Rate
