Job Description

Job Title : Regional Corporate Trainer The Regional Corporate Trainer assists with the development and management of corporate learning initiatives within a region and/or Center of Excellence (C.O.E.). A major objective of this role is to facilitate the New Employee Welcome (N.E.W.) program as well as develop and deliver training and development programs based on localized requirements. This position will manage and lead the assessment, design and delivery of training programs across the organization, with a special focus on strengthening & maintaining a strong culture within the C.O.E. This position is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our most important asset our talent! We are seeking a passionate, engaging and talented trainer who has experience with a variety of training styles and is driven to help organizations succeed.Duties and responsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Not sure if ADA language is required outside of the US)Manage the design, delivery, assessment and improvement of new hire training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organizationCoordinate New Employee Welcome (N.E.W.) program and set-up including:Ensuring new employee setup in all required PowerSchool systemsCoordination with IT on technical needs of employeeReservation of conference rooms for training purposesVerify all necessary materials are prepared for new hire (New Hire Binder, PowerPoints, SME/Speakers, etc.)Keep new hire training materials up-to-dateGreet new hires and be a general resource for them throughout the induction processMaintain training materials in LMS and other internal training sites as needed, including:Regional specific curriculumRegional training schedulesTracking & updating attendee participationRegular reporting requests as neededMonitor new hires progress throughout the New Employee Welcome (N.E.W.) program and report to Human Resources and Hiring Manager as neededDevelop and deliver localized training on Talent and business related initiatives such as annual review process, management training, employee development and development programs as requested by business unitsResearch material and prepare educational material such as presentations, module summaries, on-demand training videos, etc.Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programEnsure that all training and development initiatives are relevant and timely in support of the company s current/ongoing needsProvide continuous improvement of learning opportunities to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the companys effortsOther and responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned by managementSkills/RequirementsQualificationsEducationBachelor s degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Adult Education or other related fieldSpecialized knowledgeProven ability to deliver training programs on a variety of topics and technical levelsProficient at handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentProficient in creating training materials using eLearning Software (Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline, etc.)Facilitating long distance training using WebEx, Skype for Business, Zoom or other similar toolsExperience supporting team members/departments across different time zones & countriesStrong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detailTop notch facilitation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and motivateCritical thinking and decision-making skillsSkillsAbilitiesThe ability to learn and quickly refocus in response to changing prioritiesThe ability to produce exceptional written communications and PowerPoint presentationsThe ability to partner with Management Team to isolate learning objectives and develop learning programs as neededOther characteristics such as personal characteristicsThe PowerSchool culture embodies a certain of level of fun, thus a sense of humor and high level of positivity is beneficialCPLP credentials preferredMinimum 5 years of professional/corporate training experienceExperience training both soft and hard skills to all organizational levels (individual contributor to executive)Proven ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, adult learning theories and training technologiesTop notch facilitation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and motivateProfessional CertificationExperience,
